Our tour begins with a visit to one of the largest organic cocoa processor of the Caribbean, where they produce the finest chocolate, and a visit to a farm/atelier where a group of chocolatiers will roast, hand grind and make chocolate for your enjoyment. Your will see clay artisans at work creating beautiful artifacts from the time of their ancestors. Here, we will savor a buffet-style lunch of local cuisine accompanied by a musical festival of Dominican-African rhythms inspired by sugarcane and drums.
