General Terms & Conditions

Accommodations: iLoveDominicanRepublic is not responsible for any type of surcharges, such as resort fees, parking's or breakfast, unless they are specified in the voucher or our website. Also iLoveDominicaRepublic is not responsible if the hotels change the rates of these extra services without prior notice. Rates are per room per night, taxes included. iLoveDominicanRepublic reserves the right to utilize alternative accommodations should booking problems occur. Substitutes will be equal or better in quality. Most of the hotels have either 2 double beds or 1 king bed which can't be confirmed until check in. Rollaway beds are usually available for an additional fee and should be paid by the passenger directly to the hotel. Schedules check in and checkout is 11.00 am. (No exceptions), and 4.00 pm. (no exceptions), respectively, otherwise it will be specified. iLoveDominicanRepublic will not be responsible for any charges raised from non fulfillment of above mentioned Hours. iLoveDominicanRepublic is not responsible if the hotel decides not to offer complimentary transfers and breakfasts unannounced. Types of beds can be requested, but the hotels do not guarantee 100% connected rooms, or even triple and quadruple.

Transfers IN & OUT

On each City will be provided on: Auto-Car/Van/Private Car/Taxi/Shuttle, as indicated in the confirmation sheet. In all those services where there is not quantity specification of passengers, minimum required is 2 (two) passengers traveling together. Tours are provided with Multilingual Tour Guide. In all land-services baggage handling is related to a one standard size luggage (as per Air Co. regulations). Any extra piece as any oversized cargo must be pre-paid by passenger directly to the Tour Guide/Air Co. or Service Provider, accordingly rates in force. In case of our Transportation Unit is full, the exceeding cargo should be transported under passenger's responsibility and charge.

Complaints For the recognition of all the claims that can be formulated by any cause, the traveler as the coordinator and local Wholesale Operator, will be set under jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York (USA), with express resignation of any other law. The claims that are received later than 30 days after the services were provided will not be admitted like such, due to the incurred delay. At the moment of displaying a complaint, the client will have to provide the greater amount of possible information as well as the respective proves on which the case is based, otherwise it will not be possible to be processed. The Customer Service Department will keep the right by contract to give an answer of any case within 30 days.
